Subprocessors

Use of Sub-processors

ECS Fin works with carefully selected third-party
Sub-processors to support the secure and efficient delivery of its solutions.

Subprocessors

ECS Fin may engage trusted third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) to support the delivery, operation, and improvement of its integrated platform and related services. These Sub-processors may have limited access to customer data solely for the purpose of providing specific services such as infrastructure hosting, connectivity, messaging, analytics, or support functions. ECS Fin conducts appropriate due diligence to evaluate the privacy, security, and confidentiality practices of all Sub-processors prior to engagement and requires them to adhere to contractual obligations consistent with ECS Fin’s commitment to data protection. All Sub-processors are engaged in a manner that supports ECS Fin’s end-to-end, non-siloed solution approach while ensuring customer data is processed securely, efficiently, and in alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
