A custodian of enterprise transaction data. Stores golden copies of all incoming and outgoing messages and related data that becomes part of the underlying transactions. Related data can be documents that have been attached, notes that have been added, processes done by systems, action items taken by users, along with userid and timestamp of the respective user.

A series of relational database tables are used for storing transaction related data and reference data that will be required by the regulators for compliance purpose.

The data becomes source for Views, Reports and Analytics as well.
